Pregnancy Yoga, New Mum – Baby Massage, and Baby Yoga classes are designed to help you:

Classes running right now or starting this month include:
Parent and Baby Yoga runs Mondays in the Arcadia, Portrush 11:15 – 12:15. This is currently a drop in, pay as you go, £6 per session. It is most suitable for babies from 12 weeks up to crawling stage. If you’d like to join earlier, please countact me.
Pregnancy Yoga classes are ongoing, Tuesday evenings in the Arcadia, Portrush 5:45 – 7:15. £6 per session. Most suitable from 18 weeks gestation.
