Pregnancy Yoga

Cherish your pregnancy through gentle yoga based exercises. Maintain your mobility, increase strength along with your growing baby, and help protect against common pregnancy complaints.
Develop techniques to help connect with your baby, reduce anxieties, and become more aware of your breath.
This class is most suitable from 14-41 weeks pregnant. This is a shoes off class.  Mats and cushions provided.
