Yoga for new Mums

Strengthen your body through slow, gentle, safe movements working with your breath and posture to tone from the inside.  Nurture yourself and your baby with breath and relaxation.  Help to release tension and embrace change.

Your baby is of course welcome to join on or beside you, and as with all classes with babies, we expect they may have a different schedule to our class, so we expect feeding, soothing, sleeping, changing etc.and will explore how to incorporate movement and breath together while holding your baby.

I currently am not running a specific postnatal class, and incorporate some postnatal yoga in baby nurture (massage) and baby yoga classes.  However, if you might like a class more focused on yoga for new mum please let me know and if enough interest I will arrange one, or can come see you one to one.
